Switching the blog to WordPress

As many of you know, not long ago my hosting service (GoDaddy) dropped the Quick Blogcast tool that I was using to manage this blog. I was kind of hoping that my old blog posts would stick around even if I couldn’t use Quick Blogcast to post any new ones, but no such luck.

That means I have to recreate all of my old posts in addition to creating new ones. Many of the posts contain links to other posts, so I’ll be re-posting them in roughly the order in which they were originally written. I’ll also add new examples now and then.

In total, I have about 1,000 examples to re-post. I also have book deadlines and other stuff going on that will keep me busy, so the whole effort will take a while.

Meanwhile, if there’s an example you need, please let me know. there’s a decent chance I already have the example you need written. Even if I don’t, I’ll try to point you in the right direction.

Thanks for your patience!
